Staying by the river in this hotel was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed sitting in the garden under the pergola with a glass of Prosecco from the Veneto, and the outdoor restaurant on the river was fantastic. The food was amazing, and I found their seafood dishes and pasta to be paired perfectly with great wine. The location was also close enough to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the perfect espresso served in the morning, and the staff provided personalized service. this hotel was clean and had great facilities.
Everything is what I need and want.

Located close to the city center, guests can easily access bars, restaurants and supermarkets. the rooms are cozy and clean, while the garden by the river provides a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast spread offered a good selection of products to choose from, and the bed was comfortable.
The service could be improved as guests are left to handle their own check-in process and are not accompanied to the room.

The villa was a perfect place for a romantic escape. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, and we enjoyed walking along the peaceful paths nearby. the breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked pastries and a variety of hot and cold options. the staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
That the room was a bit noisy in the morning due to the nearby road. this did not detract from our overall experience and we still had a wonderful stay at this charming villa.

The location of this hotel could not be more perfect! Just a short distance from the beautiful city of Venice, it was easy to explore this stunning city and come back to the peaceful surroundings of the hotel. The food was definitely one of the best aspects of the stay. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. One more advantage was the great view of the canal which we enjoyed while having breakfast. The room was also equipped with a tea and coffee kettle which was a nice touch.
We did have a bit of trouble with our first room as it was located on the main road and was quite noisy. However, the staff was very helpful in moving us to a much more peaceful room for our second night.
